I recently had a stay at the Pinnacle, seeking some relaxation after my marine biology adventures in the North Sea. The constant noise from early morning concrete drilling was a challenge for my brother and sister, leading them to seek other lodging. I appreciated the hotel's focus on cleanliness. The apartment was well-equipped, spacious, and definitely functional, which is always a plus when traveling. The gym was a welcomed addition to stay active amid my downtime, and I enjoyed the variety of massage options at the spa, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The location was convenient for our long-standing love of Vallarta, but communication regarding room assignments left something to be desired. Despite the hiccups, the staff demonstrated attentiveness, especially Blanca—she truly made the experience better. For those drawn to serene environments, the Pinnacle still holds promise, if you're willing to navigate its quirks. Happy travels!
